4. RESTRICTED CONSENT TO EXACT REPLICATE
You are not allowed to exact replicate in any pattern the published course material. Any exact replicates of these materials must not be saved to disk or to any other storage medium or Xerox. No part of the printed teaching content may be reproduced or conveyed to or stored in any other web Website, neither may any of its sheets or part thereof be disseminated in any electrical devices or non-electrical devices pattern, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval scheme or service without the formal written consent of Institute of Natural Health Science.

8. REFUND POLICY
By enrolling in your program(s), you agreeing to the terms and conditions and the enrollment agreement. There are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstance. Contact INHS within 24 hours of making your order for approval, if a fulfillment error happens. Coupons for discounts and sales cannot be combined, nor can they be used after a purchase or enrollment.
Enrollment, course fees, course materials, and shipping costs for INHS education, training, and certification courses are non-reusable and non-returnable. ZERO exceptions. Every student is given the chance to finish the course in the allotted time. If you decide not to finish the INHS program for which you have registered, there are no refunds. We do not provide any guarantee for job placement or employment, after the completion of the certification programs.
9. INTERACTIVE FEATURES
A) Participant Responsibility. This Site may include a variety of features, such as comment fields and email services, which allow feedback to us and real-time interaction between users, and other features which allow users to communicate with others. Responsibility for what is posted on comment fields and other public posting areas on the Site, or sent via any email services on the Site, lies with each user – you alone are responsible for the material you post or send. We do not control the messages, information or files that you or others may provide through the Site.
Company may host message boards, chats and other public forums on its Sites. Any user failing to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be expelled from and refused continued access to, the message boards, chats or other public forums in the future. Company or its designated agents may remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason. Message boards, chats and other public forums are intended to serve as discussion centers for users and subscribers. Information and content posted within these public forums may be provided by Company staff, Company’s outside contributors, or by users not connected with Company, some of whom may employ anonymous usernames.

A) Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Company and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by Company to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.
C) Choice of Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the state of West Bengal, India. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
